This amazing family has had me along to document their journey from pregnancy to their newest newborn and our next session is already booked to document the beautiful bond that comes hand in hand with baby wearing. It honestly gives me warm fizzles knowing how much my photographs are valued and knowing that these kids are going to grow up with so many beautiful memories and always be able to look back and see the love and little moments they had as a family.

I've recently spoken with 8 mamas about photography and its value and majority of them said if there was a fire, the first thing they would think of grabbing (other than their children of course ;) is their photographs. That really sums it up for me. You can spend your money on fancy things, Kmart sprees, the latest fashion and the newest technology but when it comes to the crunch, those things don't matter not one bit - they can all be replaced but you can not replace your beautiful photographs and the memories that come with them.

I've said it before and I will say it again, take the photos, BE IN THE PHOTOS, print the photos! Don't let your story go untold, your moments uncaptured. Don't let beautiful photos sit on a USB drive that won't work in a few years. But do back up your collection of memories in case something does happen.
